Founded in 1979 by Kenyon Milligan, cds was established for the sole purpose of providing professional Third Party Administrative services to qualified employee benefit plans; including but not limited to:
  • Health and Welfare Plans
  • Fully Insured and Self Funded Plan Administration
  • Pension Programs
  • Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Associations (VEBA)
  • Associated benefit arrangements for active and retired participants.
Since that time, cds has enjoyed a steady, yet controlled growth with these results:
  • Twenty-three (23) principal clients
  • Maintaining over forty-five (45) separate qualified plans
  • Covering over 160,000 total lives
  • Clients range in size from 100 to over 40,000 participants
