Intern:   Benefits Administration office duties. Candidate will float between several job functions to cover all aspects of a TPA business. Must be in a degreed program track, proficient with Microsoft Office, and be willing to work full time for one season.
Administrative Assistant: A full time position, responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. Serve as information and communication manager for an office; plan and schedule meetings and appointments; organize and maintain paper and electronic files; manage projects; conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail. May also handle travel and guest arrangements.
Experienced Claims Coordinator:  This full time position is available to the right candidate and offers great opportunity for advancement. We need Experienced Claims Processors who are eager to work and are committed to Customer Service Excellence. Interested candidates should possess 3-5 years claims processing experience.
Eligibility Coordinator:  This is a full time, entry level position with great opportunity for advancement. Candidates should possess excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills. Job Function: Process benefits enrollments and changes with vendors. Answer basic benefits questions and identify and resolve problems. BS/BA required.
Account Manager:  This full time position is available to the right candidate and offers great opportunity for advancement. Will be responsible for coordination of all account activities, possibly managing employees and compiling reports. Job Function: Make benefit payments to eligible participants and beneficiaries, maintain eligibility records, collect employer contributions, billing, and communicate with participants, Trustees and Union officials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, plus two years related experience. Proficiency in MS office preferred. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have prior employee benefits experience and the right blend of technical, management, and relationship skills to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
