Teresa Bauer

Vice President

Teresa is a principal and vice president with CDS.  She joined CDS in 1997 and has over 25 years of experience in benefits administration.  She holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  Upon graduation, Teresa practiced in a provider’s office before transitioning to benefits administration for a national Health Plan. 

Teresa joined CDS initially to supervise the medical claims team servicing national health and welfare plans.  Over her 17 years with CDS, she has expanded her team and responsibilities to leverage her considerable knowledge and experience.  Teresa brings a comprehensive depth of knowledge in plan administration and health plan operations overseeing the national account team.  She is currently responsible for internal quality auditing and controls, ICD conversion, and oversight of the benefit processing units.



Jennifer Deklever

Senior Director and Vice President of Finance

Ms. Deklever is a principal with CDS.  She joined CDS in 1995 after graduating from Robert Morris University with a bachelors’ degree in Finance and Accounting.  Ms. DeKlever joined CDS as an accounting clerk and quickly transitioned to account administration.  After a decade of serving Taft Hartley Pension and Annuity Plans, Ms. DeKlever leveraged her extensive Taft Hartley Welfare Plan Administration experience and her accounting experience to develop a best-in-class accounting department dedicated to serving our client’s Trust accounting and reporting needs. 

Ms. DeKlever is the Senior Director and Vice President of Finance overseeing client accounting and internal controls.  Ms. DeKlever  has over 20 years experience in accounting and benefit administration.



Beth Queen


Ms. Queen is a shareholder and principal.  Ms. Queen holds a bachelors degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.  Prior to joining CDS in 2005, Ms. Queen worked in health care consulting for 10 years.  She is responsible for our national accounts office located at 60 Boulevard of the Allies in Pittsburgh, PA.



Jeff Queen


Mr. Queen is a shareholder and principal with CDS.  Mr. Queen holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Prior to joining CDS full-time in 2012, Mr. Queen ran a national consulting practice in Washington DC.  He has also spoken nationally on topics related to the healthcare industry and employee benefits. 

Mr. Queen is Chief Executive Officer of CDS responsible for overall firm performance, including strategic planning, marketing and business development, budgeting and operations at our Headquarters location at 5 Hot Metal Street in Pittsburgh, PA.
