CDS has been administering Health & Welfare benefit plans for the past 35 years.  With passage of the Affordable Care Act, the complexity of these plans has increased dramatically.  Our team is fully versed in the Affordable Care Act and we constantly monitor the evolving regulations to ensure that our customers stay in full compliance.


Maintaining accurate and up-to-date participant eligibility is a critical component of our work.  Our systems manage employer work reports, eligibility files, hours banks and self-payments.  We coordinate with external carriers to ensure their eligibility files match our records.  We complete full audits on a monthly basis.


We have full capability to manage participant billing.  Our systems allow us to develop customized statements for each client and we manage all aspects of the billing cycle.


CDS has been processing claims for over 30 years.  Our experienced team, averaging over 15 years with our firm, process medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, short-term disability and life claims.  Our state-of-the-art systems allow us to receive claims electronically from providers, as well as transmit provider payments and explanation of benefits electronically.  We integrate claims administration with customer service to ensure that knowledgable team members manage customer and provider inquiries.


Our team provides full COBRA administration from tracking COBRA eligibility, providing notification to members and managing billing and eligibility.
